Information we process

Visitors can read the site without creating an account. The contact form stores the email address, subject and message you provide. Please do not send medical records, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Private administrator details, encrypted provider credentials, sessions and editorial audit records support authorized operation. Hashed request identifiers and temporary access counters help prevent abuse. Community accounts store your account name, email, password hash and reviews. Your chosen public name, rating and text become public only after moderation. Your email is not published. Reviews are not sent to Gemini. Withdrawn reviews remain private until a privacy request or retention review is handled. No purchase documents are accepted.

Service providers

PostgreSQL data is stored with Supabase. Account sign-in can use Google, and service email uses Gmail. AI research uses Gemini with public source excerpts; contact messages, administrator credentials and private account data are not sent to Gemini.

Membership and advertising

Stripe processes membership payments and billing details. We keep the customer/subscription reference, access period and minimal event identifiers to confirm access and prevent duplicate processing; we do not store card numbers. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting and disputes. Advertisements use ordinary external links, without advertising scripts, pixels, behavioral targeting or third-party ad cookies. Visiting an advertiser is subject to that service’s own privacy notice.

Cookies

Administrative authentication uses essential session and OAuth cookies. Reading public pages does not require signing in. No advertising or analytics cookies are configured by this application.

Access, correction and deletion

Contact us to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of personal information. We verify ownership proportionately and retain only what is needed for the request, operation or a justified obligation. This is handled privately rather than through a public account portal.

Retention and security

Support messages are reviewed for deletion twelve months after closure; closed records and minimal audit history are reviewed periodically. Sessions and access counters expire. Private backups have a thirty-day retention target and must be considered when fulfilling deletion requests. These are operational targets; applicable obligations and justified disputes may require different handling. Server-side access controls, transport security and private credentials reduce exposure.
