Write about your own experience with the company. Be specific, respectful and honest. One review per account and company can be edited or withdrawn from your account.

What we do not publish

Spam, paid or fabricated reviews, impersonation, harassment, private contact information, medical records, payment details and treatment advice do not belong here. Do not present a review as proof of a product's safety, purity or efficacy.

How moderation works

Every submission and edit stays private until the designated administrator reviews it. Positive and negative opinions follow the same rules. Moderators approve or reject with a reason; they do not rewrite your review. Editing an approved review removes it from public view until the new version is reviewed. Withdrawal removes it from public display immediately.

What the numbers mean

The community rating uses currently approved reviews, on a scale of 1 to 5. A neutral starting weight of five opinions at 3/5 reduces the effect of very small samples. Reviews submitted within seven days of account creation carry half weight, as do reviews older than a year. Identical normalized review text shares its weight across duplicates. These rules apply equally to positive and negative opinions. The displayed count always counts real approved reviews, never the starting weight. Sample labels use effective weights: fewer than ten is limited, ten to under thirty is growing, and thirty or more is broader. The weighted score is rounded to one decimal. It is separate from the editorial benchmark out of 100 and never changes that benchmark. Email verification confirms control of an account, not a verified purchase or a verified medical outcome.

Corrections and privacy

Use Contact to report a problem, request correction or exercise your privacy rights. Your email is not displayed with your review; choose the public name on the submission form. A withdrawn review is retained privately for account history and moderation until a privacy request is handled.
