For evaluated providers

Help us keep the record accurate.

Submit a factual correction with its public evidence. Every provider follows the same editorial process, without a fee.

Right of reply: your statement, in your words

An evaluated provider can submit a response to its assessment through the response link on its profile. Eligible statements are published verbatim under that profile within five business days of receipt, without a fee. Business days are Monday-Friday, measured in UTC.

We check the sender's authority through an official business contact or source before publication. The public attribution includes the responder's name and role; the contact email and verification notes remain private. We contact the submitter within the review window if identity or content needs clarification.

Responses must address the assessment and exclude patient information, private personal details, threats, spam and unlawful content. We do not rewrite a statement: if changes are needed, the submitter provides a new version. A provider's position remains distinct from our assessment and customer opinions.

What to send

  1. The profile URL and the exact statement or field you believe needs correction.
  2. The corrected information and a direct public source, with its date and the legal entity or product it concerns.
  3. For pharmacy or certification records, the exact registered name, jurisdiction or domain and the issuer's source.
  4. A business contact for clarification. Do not send patient information, identification documents, passwords or private medical records.

How we review it

  1. The request enters our private contact queue.
  2. An editor checks the entity, source, date and relevance against the published method.
  3. A supported update goes through editorial review. Approved changes preserve dated sources and history; uncertain facts remain identified as such.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a change or a particular score. Factual corrections follow editorial review separately from the response window above. Corrections concern facts and evidence; a score can change only through the same method used for every provider.

Editorial independence

There is no paid profile verification, preferential correction service or right to edit an assessment. A correction request does not grant ownership of a profile. Providers and related brands cannot purchase ads, rankings or editorial approval.

Customer opinions are handled under our review policy. Disagreement with a negative opinion alone does not establish a factual error. Provider statements follow the separate identity and right-of-reply process above.
