Copyright concerns
Identify the work you own or represent and the exact location of the material you believe infringes it. Include contact details, your signature, your authority to act and the basis for your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. Explain whether your request is a formal notice and identify any applicable legal process. Do not include unrelated private information.
Our contact channel does not claim to be a registered DMCA agent or promise that every copyright complaint will result in removal. We assess the identified material, rights and grounds supplied. Official information about U.S. notices and agent designation is available from the U.S. Copyright Office ↗.
What to include
- The exact page URL and the statement, review or material concerned.
- The reason for your request, the change you seek and relevant public sources or details supporting it. Include dates and the entity concerned where applicable.
- A contact address for clarification and, if you are writing for another party, whom you represent. State any applicable deadline and its basis.
Do not send patient records, identification documents, passwords, payment details or private information about other people. The form accepts text, not file uploads. Describe sensitive material without copying it into the message.
How content is reviewed
Requests enter the private contact queue. An editor reviews the identified content, its sources and the grounds supplied. A supported factual correction follows the same source-based process for every provider and retains editorial history.
Customer opinions follow the same moderation rules whether positive or negative. Spam, fabricated reviews, harassment and private information are excluded under those rules. Disagreement alone does not establish a factual error. A request does not automatically remove content or change a score. Provider statements use the separateright-of-reply process and five-business-day window. General legal and content requests do not have a fixed response time promised here.
